Pilates & Core Strength Training

Pilates was designed to rehabilitate and prevent injury by improving strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. Pilates targets the deep core muscles to maintain functional stability, control and protect the core body or spine. Pilates has been evidenced to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and core stability required in all sports and walks of life as well as reduce pain, anxiety and depression and improve overall wellbeing (Fleming et al., 20202).

1-2-1 sessions are available as part of your rehabilitation plan.
